I just got back from a long weekend break in my new favourite City within Europe, Budapest.

I am sat in the office working and a colleague IM's* me, I sensed a slight negative orientation which was not needed so I put my foot down (politely of course), he then laughed and SMILED a huge smile.

I suggested he goes out for a walk or enjoy the 25 degress sunshine for lunch, which he actually said he had planned and then sent me a link to Cults - Go outside.
